Spring registration is open to only divisions that have space!
Contact the registrar, Shannon Mullins <[email protected]>, to ask if there is room for you player.

Spring Fee:
If your player played in the Fall and/or Indoor Season the Spring fee is $35 per player.
If your player didn’t play in the Fall and/or Indoor Season the Spring fee is $55 per player ($35 playing fee plus $20 insurance.

We are also accepting mail-in registrations!

If you were registered for the Fall and/or Indoor Season log on the www.eayso.org go to “Print Player Application”, print one copy of your player’s form and bring forms and payment  ($35 per player payable to AYSO 498) to one of the walk-in registrations or mail everything to the PO Box address.

If your player did not play in the Fall or Indoor Season or is new to AYSO please follow the instructions below "How to register for the Spring Season" and bring forms and payment ($55 per player payable to AYSO 498) to one of the walk-in registrations or mail everything to the PO Box address.
