Fall 2012: Game 3 V Delran SC "Lightning"

Well it all seemed to come together in the begining of the game. This was not going to be a game the girls were likely to let slip by them. Coach Borello made some position changes and the affect was an almost immediate with a quick goal by Morgan, as the front line dominated the initial play. The rest of the game saw an increase of intensity by the girls. They did a much better job at playing their positions. First touch was improved as well, however there is still room for improvement. We had a couple fouls which resulted in penalty kicks. Anna took them in stride, and was able to deny both shots. Nice Job Anna and keep it up. Your side work at goaly training it is showing. Delran was able to sneek two goals in, however with the other 2 addtitional goals we scored, it wasn't enough. One shot was a rocket by Julia and the other was a shot from Jillian assited by Jordan.

Final score was 3-2, it was our girls first win this season but I am failry certian it won't be their last. Keep up the good work at training and you will all continue to get stronger as a team and future wins will follow.
