The safety of players, parents, coaches, referees, spectators, and volunteer staff are our priority. Additionally, we want to ensure players have fun playing soccer!

We are following the State of Alabama Guidelines for Adult and Youth Athletic Activities to the best of our ability. Please observe the following guidelines when attending indoor soccer sessions:

  • Anyone entering Liberty Middle School for indoor soccer is doing so at their own risk
  • All players, coaches, and referees (if applicable) must sign the COVID-19 ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER LIABILITY AGREEMENT (Note: When your player is registered, this liability agreement is eSigned)
  • One set of doors will be used to enter the gym, and one set of doors will be used to exit the gym only
  • All individuals (including players and coaches) must wear masks when walking to/from their vehicle to/from the gym
  • All parents and other spectators must wear a mask when inside the school building
  • Once players and coaches are on the sideline, they may remove their masks and play without them at their own risk
  • Players not playing in the game, as well as coaches must maintain a social distance of 6 feet
  • Please avoid high fives, handshakes, and sharing water bottles
  • Prior to leaving your home for indoor games or any other AYSO event, everyone must check themselves for Covid-19 symptoms by taking the self-test
  • Parents, please self-test your children (playing or spectating) if under the age of 19:

  --  Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19?
--  Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?
--  Have you had a fever (100.4 and up) in the last 48 hours?
--  Have you experienced new loss of taste or smell?
--  Have you experienced vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?

  • PARENTS AND ALL VOLUNTEERS, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING YOU AND/OR YOUR PLAYER(S) DOES NOT HAVE COVID-19 SYMPTOMS
  • Symptoms of Covid-19 are:

  --  Fever or chills
--  Cough
--  Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
--  Fatigue
--  Muscle or body aches
--  Headache
--  New loss of taste or smell
--  Sore throat
--  Congestion or runny nose
--  Nausea or vomiting
--  Diarrhea

  • For any player, parent, or volunteer that believes they have been exposed or tests positive of Covid-19, needs to follow the exposure guidelines by CLICKING HERE before they can return to playing, spectating, or participating in indoor soccer
  • Per the Required Mask Executive Order in Madison County and the State of Alabama, everyone over the age of 2 years must wear a mask in public and maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet; except for players and coaches on the "field" (Futsal court), and families and friends who have traveled together
